Sweetening strengths of Stevia will vary from one brand to another.
Choose a brand high in Steviosides, and you can achieve a sweeter
taste without bitterness. The above measurements is based on using
Stevia with over 90% steviosides and a minimum of 30% Rebaudiosde a.
When using a pure stevioside with less than the stated measurements,
reduce the amount of Stevia listed on the list above by 25 to 30%.
This will help to reduce the bitter taste.

It is strongly suggested that you practice your recipes with the brand
of Stevia you choose to use.
